McPhy, société en charge de la production d'H2 sur le projet Jupiter 1000 continue son développement et vient d'annoncer la livraison d'une plate-forme de 4 MW de génération d'hydrogène en Chine. Ces équipements, intégrés à une application Power-to-Gas et assortis d'un stockage d'hydrogène sous forme solide, permettront de transformer les surplus de l'électricité produite par un parc éolien voisin (200 MW) en hydrogène propre.
Un système complet d'électrolyse
Les équipements livrés à Jiantou Yanshan (Guyuan) incluent deux modules McLyzer 400, les transformateurs, l'électronique de puissance, une unité de purification et séchage ainsi que le module de stockage sous forme solide.
Le Power-to-Gas pour valoriser les surplus d'électricité d'origine renouvelable
Avec le déploiement massif des productions électriques renouvelables, la Chine s'intéresse à son tour au Power-to-Gas pour gérer les flux intermittents et assurer la stabilité des réseaux électriques, sur le principe de Jupiter 1000.
